ABOUT
Kappa Phi Lambda is an Asian-interest but not Asian-exclusive sorority grounded in the three pillars of sisterhood, service, and cultural diversity. As ladies of Kappa Phi Lambda, we pride ourselves in creating strong leaders and giving back to the community, while making everlasting bonds of sisterhood in the process. We strive for academic excellence, while making a positive impact through various events on campus.
Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. is represented at 26 active chapters and 8 active associate chapters, located on 34 campuses all across the nation. With over 4,000 sisters, we are one of the fastest-growing and most passionate Asian-American interest sororities nationwide!

MISSION
We, the sisters of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated, strive to strengthen Sisterhood amongst women by providing service and promoting cultural diversity to our members and our community, thus securing the bond of kinship for posterity. Kappa Phi Lambda exists to further educate individuals about Pan-Asian culture, while keeping our own identities. Why Kappas?

Do I have to be Asian?

No! Although we are an Asian Interest sorority we are by no means Asian-exclusive. We strongly encourage women of all backgrounds to consider joining. As one of our three pillars, Cultural Diversity is an essential part of the organization’s identity. We celebrate this diversity by holding cultural events on campuses and within our communities.
