My college goals are getting better study/sleep habits and meeting new people! For long term goals, I hope that I can get a good job and live in NYC.

What do you look for in a potential big sister? (personality traits, type of relationship, dynamic)
Someone I can be really close to and have fun with! I like people who will always invite me to things and are down for anything.
who do you look up to?
I look up to my dad the most because he's extremely hard working and is very driven. Although I might not be as ambitious as him, he always does everything he can to push me in the right direction.
What kind of personalities do you get along with?
I get along with people who are talkative even if they seem shy at first. When I first meet someone, I think I get along best with people who can start conversations since I'm a bit awkward at first. I also like hanging out with people who are spontaneous and down to do anything at any time.
What are three qualities that you look for in friends?
Genuine, inviting, understanding.

I feel supported when people are just generally nice and check up on me.

What do you hope to gain from the New Member Process for Kappa Phi Lambda?
I hope I can meet a lot of people and make genuine friendships. I hope I can learn a lot more about all the members and about KPL.
